Tips to Enjoy Mooncake

常温5天,避免暴晒/潮湿
Best before 5 days from the production date store at room temperature, and avoid exposure to sunlight/moisture.

冷藏1个月,放置冰箱下格,食用前烤箱(Oven)烘烤约2分钟(180度-200度)
Freeze for 1 month, place in the lower compartment of the refrigerator, and bake in the oven for about 2 minutes (180 degrees - 200 degrees) before eating.

要饼皮脆的口感,热油稍微回炸一下
For the crispy texture of the crust, re-fry it with hot oil.

要饼皮更香,放入烤箱(Oven)烘热大约2分钟(180度-200度)
To make the crust more fragrant, put in the oven and bake about 2 minutes (180 degrees - 200 degrees).
